2 Cloves Garlic
1 Green Chilli
2 Tins of Cannellini Beans
1 Tin Kidney Beans
400g Tomato Passata
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin
half tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Freshly ground Black Pepper
A Splash of Balsamic Vinegar
Finely dice and fry the Onion & Garlic over medium heat.
Add the Spices / Salt & Pepper - Sizzle with a splash of Balsamic Vinegar.
Add the Beans (drain them first you fool!)
Seed, Dice & add the Green Chilli. Stir it all up.
Mix in the Passata and simmer for 20-30 mins over reduced heat.

For additional amazingness you could crisp up a little Chopped Chorizo in the pan at the outset!
